Consett lad Adam was at Hartlepool United for four years as a teenager, but his progress was halted by a broken leg.
Left Victoria Park in summer 2016 and signed for his hometown club, making his debut as a sub in a 4-1 win v Ryhope CW in August 2016.
A key part of 2016-17’s quadruple-winning Under-21s side, he got more first-team games under his belt the following season, and was man of the match at Newton Aycliffe.
Named Breakthrough Player of the Year in 2017-18, he added more first-team appearances to his tally last season, and now has more than 30 to his name. Looking to be a first-team squad regular.
